The Smart Gym is self-directed training with PRECOR equipment — daily 05:00 to 23:00, 365 days a year. Hybrid Fitness adds Strength & Conditioning sessions in small groups, a training plan, and access to the ELEIKO Functional Area.

Auguste-Viktoria-Allee 19, 33175 Bad Lippspringe. We share the location with Vitality Lounge — physiotherapy and gym are under one roof. On-site parking is available.

Access is via Face-ID. You can use the Smart Gym independently every day from 05:00 to 23:00 — 365 days a year. The studio has CCTV surveillance; Wi-Fi and parking are included.

We exclusively use PRECOR Premium — one of the world's leading brands for commercial fitness equipment. The full cardio line (treadmill, cross trainer, ergometer), strength machines and functional stations. All equipment is available 365 days a year from 05:00 to 23:00.

The Functional Area is fitted with ELEIKO — Swedish competition-grade quality. Olympic barbells, bumper plates, racks and platforms. ELEIKO is the official supplier of the International Weightlifting Federation, the standard for serious Strength & Conditioning. Access is included in the Hybrid Fitness package.

Two Head Coaches will guide you: Erik Brückner (Functional Fitness, Olympic Weightlifting, Athletic Development) and Enrico Stork (Strength Training & Muscle Building, Sports Nutrition — with a Bachelor in Fitness Economics and a B-licence in Sports Nutrition). A maximum of 8 participants per class. The small-group format ensures every movement is controlled, individually corrected and executed with high quality — no anonymous mass training.

In the Hybrid Fitness package you receive an individual training plan every 3 months, tailored to your goals and current level. In Smart Gym you train independently; a paid equipment induction (€29.90) can be booked on request.

Yes. Personal Training with Erik Brückner or Enrico Stork is available as an add-on service on request — independent of your membership. Options: Technique Training, Hybrid Fitness Coaching, Smart Gym Training, Strength Training & Muscle Building, Sports Nutrition and sport-specific Athletic Training.

Yes. Via the Virtuagym app for iOS and Android you can book classes, view your training plan and track your activity. The download is available on the Membership page and in the website footer.

In the same building you'll find Vitality Lounge Physiotherapy — health-insurance prescriptions, private services and personal recovery. Training and regeneration under one roof. Details on the Physio page.

The Forge is designed for people 18 and over — everyday athletes, sports club members and recreational athletes. Membership requires you to be of legal age.

Use the "Secure now" button to go straight to our pre-sale webshop. Pick your pass — Active, Recovery or Kickstart — and complete the booking. Only 20 spots are available per variant, and the enrollment fee is waived during pre-sale.

During pre-launch we offer three limited 3-month passes at opening price: Active Pass (full Forge experience plus padel trial session + 5-class card at Schloss Neuhaus), Recovery Pass (5-session sauna card at Schloss Neuhaus) and Kickstart (2× metabolic analysis + running technique coaching). Each pass costs €150 for 3 months (€50/month equivalent); the enrollment fee is waived. Only 20 spots available per pass variant.

The regular enrollment fee is €14.90. During pre-launch it is waived completely — both for regular memberships (12/6/1-month terms) and for the three pre-launch passes.
